Safety Information

Do not exceed four(4) caplets (2,400mg) in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosage. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health care professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Other information: Store at room temperature 15 – 30 degrees Celsius (59 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit).

Guai-Aid 600mg caplets help to loosen phlegm and mucus and to thin out bronchial secretions. This helps to rid the passageways of bothersome mucus and make coughs more productive.

Directions for 600mg caplets

Adults and children 12 years and older; Take 1 capsule (600mg) every 4 to 6 hours as needed or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed four(4) 600mg caplets (2,400mg) in a 24 hour period or as directed by a doctor.

    Was taking $250/mo (+$8/day) Cymbalta 60mg for fibromyalgia until I read Dr. St. Armand’s book Jan. 2013. Took one pill of this at bed & am for 2 weeks & then went off Cymbalta – NO PAIN!!! Have not stopped taking 600mg pill every morning and night since. I don’t do everything the doc advises like avoid mint, etc. – have been in touch with others who do the same as me, avoid processed foods that clog our kidney receptors which triggers fibromyalgia. I now have a life :):)

    As a COPD patient, I was taking Mucinex daily. One in the morning and one in the evening. Mucinex does get very expensive to use on a regular basis. The “Ultra-Pure” Guaifenesin 600 mg Capsules are the same ingredient for a much more reasonable price. I will continue to use this product. Medication costs a lot these days – even with insurance so if I can save a few dollars here and there I most certainly will.

    Guai-aid is the best over-the-counter drug to get rid of sinus congestion without you having to go to the doctor. If you take it for a day the way that it says to take it, you will feel 100% better the next day. It is a little bit pricey, but you do not have to take it past a couple of days, so over the long run you have saved money. It works!

    I was taking three 400 mg tablets twice daily. The tablets were big and round. Big and round is harder to swallow than, say, big and oblong. I didn’t like the dosage or shape of them and then I could not get them anymore from the supplier. After searching for a while I found these on Amazon. Love the capsule and they are 600 mg, so only have to take two twice daily. But the most important feature is the price! Figuring the price by the mg and number of capsules, these are priced lower than any others that I have found. I gave up on Mucinex years ago. The difference is unwarranted it seems to me. If Mucinex is better (if) it isn’t that much better.

    Having been assure by my pharmacist, I purchased these rather than mucinex which as anyone who has purchased it, is extremely expensive. I am a smoker and it was recommended that I take one a day. This solves the problem. Good buy.
